Theo Service Dog Profile
Theo was a Labrador Retriever acquired as a puppy by Logan Weston and Charlie Rivera after the death of Logan’s previous dog, Luke. Logan and Charlie selected Theo with the intention that he would train for service work with Logan as he matured, and he later became Logan’s service dog.
Overview
Logan and Charlie decided to bring another Labrador Retriever into their home after Luke’s death. They named the puppy Theo and intended from the beginning that he would become Logan’s service dog.

During a FaceTime call with Logan, Charlie recognized that he was about to faint and warned him. Theo stayed beside Charlie, nudged his hand, and gently licked his fingers as Charlie regained awareness.
